The actual gutters work well. However, the old downspouts were on the front and back of our house, and the workers moved the downspouts to the sides of the house without even mentioning it or asking for permission to move them. This created a few problems. The major problem was that one of the downspouts had 6″ corrugated perforated pipe that went down a steep hill and it was buried in the ground on the hill. They just pulled the up the pipe, stepped on plants and left the pipe on top of the hill. They never mentioned this to me. It was several weeks later when I noticed this and I had to dig out a path for the pipe and install it myself.
